Full-Time Telecom Project Manager - Remote

Project Manager is responsible for client management, order coordination, and issue resolution for multiple clients. This role requires strong communication skills across all levels of personnel, and excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Ongoing client interaction
• Timeline and critical task management
• Coordination with multiple groups and resources
• Resolution of order-related issues
• Interfacing with sales agents and staff
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prompt project completion and issue resolution
• Clear communication of project status (outstanding, pending, completed)
• Minimizing customer attrition rate
• Daily project tracking (resource management, equipment tracking, workflow supervision)
• Documentation collection (customer setup, implementation)
• Project plan creation and revisions
• Progress summarization and reporting (interim and final)
• Facilitating effective internal and external meetings
• Telecom Project Coordination experience is a MUST
• Ability to easily learn and use new software programs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment
• Organize complex information
• Strong initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
