Full-Time Telecom Project Manager - Remote

Project Manager is responsible for client management and multiple client orders. Responsibilities include ongoing client interaction, timeline and task management, coordination across groups, and issue resolution.

Interfacing with sales agents and staff is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for client satisfaction.
• Ensuring timely project completion, issue resolution, and customer delivery.
• Maintaining clear project status communication (outstanding, pending, completed).
• Minimizing customer attrition.
• Addressing customer inquiries and tickets remotely.
• Daily project tracking (resource, equipment, workflow).
• Document collection and record-keeping (customer setup, implementation).
• Project plan creation, execution, and revision (adapting to changes).
• Progress summaries and interim/completion reports.
• Facilitating effective internal and external meetings.

Must Haves:

• Telecom Project Coordination experience
• Van Nuys headquarters (Full-time position)
• Ability to learn new software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Managing multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment across sites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Attention to detail
• Presentation and meeting facilitation experience
