Part-Time Telehealth Doctor

Alternaleaf, Montu's leading clinic focused on a holistic approach to alternative medicine, seeks dedicated Doctors for contract or permanent positions. We are open to all Medical Practitioners.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Telehealth consultations via Amazon Connect.
• Prescribing alternative treatment plans for physical and mental conditions.
• Developing clinical insights and influencing regulatory standards.

What You Can Expect:

• Contract or Permanent opportunities: Choose your hours and days for a good work-life balance.
• Work From Home: Available nationwide in Australia, excluding South Australia.
• Comprehensive Training: Full training, including Authorised Prescriber Licence (costs covered).
• Dedicated Support: Clinical support and education during clinical hours provided by our Doctor Support Team.
• Competitive Rate: $240 per hour, paid per consult.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree
• General registration with AHPRA, no restrictions or conditions
• Full working rights in Australia
• Minimum 15.2 hours per week availability
• Medical Indemnity Insurance covering telehealth and prescribing schedule 8 medications.
• Medicare Provider Number
• Experience within the Australian healthcare system.
• Authorised Prescriber (AP) for medicinal cannabis (highly regarded but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus: Refer a Tasmanian-based Doctor and receive a $3000 referral fee.
