Contractor Telehealth Medical Practitioner

Alternaleaf is seeking dedicated Doctors to join our team on a contract or permanent basis, in a part-time or full-time capacity.

About the role:

• Conduct Telehealth consultations via Amazon Connect.
• Prescribe alternative treatment plans for a variety of physical and mental conditions.
• Develop clinical insights, set industry benchmarks, and influence regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree and General registration with AHPRA with no restrictions.
• Full working rights within Australia.
• Experience working within the Australian healthcare system.
• Authorised Prescriber (AP) for medicinal cannabis (preferred but not mandatory).
• Availability to work a minimum of 15.2 hours per week.
• Medical Indemnity Insurance.
• Obtain a Medicare Provider Number.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
