Contractor Telemedicine Doctor

Reliance Health's mission is to make quality healthcare delightful, affordable, and accessible in emerging markets. We seek junior medical doctors for virtual consultations through our telemedicine platform. This role requires excellent medical care to patients virtually. The ideal candidate will provide adequate and delightful care, demonstrate interest in driving primary care delivery innovations and be comfortable with patients of all ages and health literacy levels. Only resumes/CVs in English will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients.
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions.
• Review patient history, educate patients, offer medical advice, and write e-prescriptions (according to protocols).
• Ensure timely and professional patient communication.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and documentation quality.
• Flag red flag cases or emergencies.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in Senegal.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience (preferably in primary care, family medicine, or general practice).
• Access to a mobile device (Android or Apple) and stable internet.
