At Allara, we're revolutionizing women's healthcare by providing expert, non-judgmental care. We are looking for board-certified Gynecologists to provide empathetic and collaborative care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Complete training and adhere to company policies.
- Promote preventative care.
- Maintain patient records.
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
- Medical License: MD or DO degree.
- Required Certification: Board certification in Gynecology
- Required Experience: 2+ years specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions.
- Independence: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually.
- Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to evidence-based treatments.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in navigating computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
- Telemedicine: Experience is a plus!
- Location: Must reside in the United States
- Active State Licensing Requirements: Connecticut, plus another active state license.
