Full-Time Test Lead

10Pearls is seeking a Test Lead to oversee testing practices for customer projects.

This role can be performed remotely within the United States or on-site (post-COVID).

Daily Responsibilities:

• Team member on projects, championing software testing excellence.
• Ensuring adherence to testing best practices throughout projects.
• Escalating project testing issues to the Project Manager.
• Training new team members on requirements-based test case creation (system, integration, UAT, End-to-End).
• Training new testers on test case execution and defect logging.
• Training new developers on defect management.
• Uploading test cases to ALM and/or Azure DevOps.
• Providing daily testing status updates.
• Configuring and setting up ALM/Azure DevOps Test Lab.
• Leading defect triage meetings to facilitate resolution.
• Mentoring and supporting testers during testing cycles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• 3+ years of ALM/Azure DevOps experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency in requirements-based testing.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
