Full-Time Texas Regional Director (Houston Based)

• Leads the workforce operational team with clear direction, transparency and a sense of purpose.
• Creates a foundation of trust with the operational teams.
• Plans for the future, taking proactive steps to innovate and solve potential problems.
• Makes decisions based on analysis of the situation and assessing risk.

• Sets clear objectives for the Project Directors.
• Enables the Project Directors to perform at their best.
• Supports Project Directors in the creation and implementation of their personnel development plan.
• Encourages collaboration between the Project Directors.

• Oversees all operations including implementation of strategic and business plans, quality assurance, and financial initiatives.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations including financial, internal & external quality outcomes, employee relations and compliance.
• Oversees the development of the annual operating and capital budgets.
• Maintains visibility of the overall performance of all contracts.
• Proactively manages the operational risks and issues across all contracts.
• Ensures locations are compliant with client/funding source and regulatory requirements.

• Ensures that the Project Directors are delivering the best customer experience.
• Provides guidance to Project Directors on how to improve the delivery of services to customers.
• Ensures that sufficient feedback is being sought from customers.
• Always putting the customer first on all decisions and plans made.

• Develops and maintains contact with current and potential funding sources.
• Leads on the negotiation of contracts.
• Maintains awareness of funding source/client requirements and legislation.
• Works with the funder to address any of their concerns.

• Seeks to develop the business and nurtures new opportunities identified.
• Works strategically with current and new funders to understand their vision and future needs.
• Creates and maintains partnerships.
• Approves bid/contract development and submission.
• Ensures implementation of corporate initiatives and directives
