Job Details
RESPEC is seeking a Service Center Technician for Tier III support of complex technical issues across healthcare systems.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as Tier III escalation for technical issues.
- Plan, coordinate, and perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows and cloud infrastructure.
- Protect system security through programs, policies, and tools.
- Document requests in the ITSM system and ensure SLA compliance.
- Assist with task prioritization.
- Document technical issues, remediation steps, and customer communications.
- Generate reports on service center activity.
- Maintain reference materials and technical documentation.
- Adjust workloads as environments evolve.
