Drive the successful delivery of Total Rewards projects at ServiceNow.

• Standardize processes and oversee key initiatives (annual compensation review and open enrollment).
• Ensure elite-level execution within the Total Rewards team.
• Implement strategic projects.
• Manage operational cadence and program delivery (e.g., Annual Compensation Review, Open Enrollment).
• Develop project scopes and requirements, engaging stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams for on-time, high-quality project delivery.
• Measure project and process performance using relevant systems.
• Perform risk management, providing regular project updates to senior leaders.
• Support Total Rewards leaders in developing presentations.
• Collaborate with Reward Me Product Manager and technology team for new product requirements.
• Engage in product development, from planning to defining success criteria.
• Champion product development and AI integration for streamlined processes and improved employee experience.

Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.

10+ years of work experience in a strategy and operations/program manager role at a technology company

Preferred qualifications include:

• Total Rewards experience in the technology industry.
• Understanding of complex technology problems.
• Experience on large strategic initiatives (problem framing, operational planning, execution).
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills with experience working with senior executives across geographies.

Compensation:

$169,500 - $296,500 base pay + equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
