The Opportunity
Serve as the primary point of contact for Tradeify.co traders and customers through live chat, email, and Discord. Resolve inquiries related to trading platforms, data feeds, and execution. Troubleshoot issues, escalating to Compliance, Operations, and Technology when necessary. Educate traders and contribute to the Learning Center.
Participate in beta testing and contribute to team projects. Monitor trading systems and adhere to compliance procedures.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service, technical support, or operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Willingness to work hours aligned with the US trading session.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with prop trading, FX or Futures trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and global financial markets.
- Basic understanding of trading concepts.
- Prior experience with NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or TradingView.
- Experience with community engagement platforms like Telegram or Discord.
