Job Details
General administrative and documentation of all SGS academy training activities to ensure SGS Academy procedures are effectively implemented.
Ensure all administration KPIs are achieved (e.g., certificate TAT, report submission).
Liaise with auditors, sub-contractor auditors, trainers, and technical experts on operational matters as needed.
Ensure all operational and administrative work is done according to Global and Local Procedures.

- Certificate issuance
- Invoicing
- Training confirmation
- Trainer confirmation
- Venue arrangement
- Trainee enrolment
- Data entry
- Liaising with related parties on training tasks (back-office).
Adherence to SGS Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy, maintaining good safety behavior, and exercising necessary standards and processes to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.
Diploma/bachelor's degree from a recognized university/college, preferably in business or technical fields.
Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in office administration, preferably in training operations.
