Requirements:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration.
- 8+ years experience in change, strategy, or transformation in a fast-paced environment (ideally consulting).
- Highly motivated, proactive, authentic, committed, creative, inclusive.
- Execute complex, high-profile strategic programs.
- Excellent communication, program management, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field preferred.
