We're hiring a Transformation and Strategy Lead to focus on:
- OKR Maturation & Strategic Clarity: Lead the evolution of our OKR process.
- Product Operating Model (POM) Coaching & Enablement: Coach leaders and teams on the Product Operating Model.
- Portfolio-Level Operations and Communication: Coordinate core operating rhythms across the product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of our OKR process.
- Coach leaders and teams on the Product Operating Model.
- Coordinate core operating rhythms across the product portfolio.
- Create and execute a communication strategy.
- Create and launch a change management strategy and framework
What You'll Bring:
- Experience leading OKR strategy and practice.
- Experience coaching leaders and teams in modern product operating models.
- Portfolio-level operational skills.
- Ability to build systems that scale.
- Facilitator, storyteller, and relationship-builder.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in transformation, strategy, product ops, or product leadership roles.
- Expertise in OKR frameworks and implementation.
- Familiarity with SVPG's Product Operating Model, Agile, Lean, or other modern product org methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
