Within the Business, Digital & Tech department, the Tribe Brands mission is to develop the best digital experiences of our brand websites. The Tribe manages the digital experience of a large portfolio of brands (over 10) with some iconic brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Ibis. The Tribe is focused to develop revenues and boost local & augmented hospitality experience.

- Provide a simplified experience with a mobile-first strategy
- Offer a tailor-made digital experience cross brand by providing personalization offers and services
Your mission:
- Collaboratively with the Product Director, define the quarterly roadmap.
- Drive successful delivery of Tribe OKRs and manage the Tribe capacity and budget.
- Accountable for high level of performance and quality of the product delivery.
- Define and foster engineering standards (security, architecture, quality, performance) and improve engineering excellence.
- Contribute to shape the Tribe backlog by enriching it with technical items.
- Encourage and empower the Feature Teams to deliver against the tribe’s purpose and critical metrics.
- Understanding issues and key areas of risk within the domain and driving risk analysis to inform strategic outcomes of deliverables.
- Act as servant leader to quickly solve FT problem and remove obstacles. Link connections with other FTs where appropriate.
- Engage regularly with FT leaders on FT output and provide the right level of feedback to enable FT alignment and autonomy.

- CMS & DAM Platform: Adobe AEM Sites & Assets
- HTML/CSS, Responsive design, Preprocessing Less et Sass
- JavaScript (Vue.js), JSON, REST APIs
- Software Factory: Git, Gitlab CI, Gulp, Webpack, Jest…
And you?
- Strong experience in managing engineering teams, with the ability to mentor, support, and develop technical talent.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and strong expertise in Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration and product delivery.
- Good experience with CMS & DAM platforms with understanding of templates, components and authoring requirements principles.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager solutions (CMS & DAM) is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of digital websites ecosystem and best practices (SEO, A/B testing, web accessibility, analytics, web performance optimization).
- Proven experience working with 3rd Party providers (offshore) to maintain healthy partnerships and deliver operational excellence.
- Proactive and passionate about resolving pain points through great design.
- Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines.
- Dedication and willingness towards continuous improvement and learning new skills and capabilities.
- Fluent in French & Professional English (written & oral)
