Our client is a trusted partner in the financial-banking sector in Germany, both in the public and private sectors. They offer services for over 150,000 banking workstations and for more than 4,500 employees.
This role combines three key leadership responsibilities – Scrum Master, People Lead, and Project Manager – to drive success across multiple teams in an Agile IT environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering Agile best practices, mentoring and managing team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Agile Approach: Oversee multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile best practices.
- Scrum Facilitation: Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring teams are self-organized and high-performing.
- People Leadership: Serve as a People Leader, mentoring and coaching team members, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting professional development.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration between teams, departments, and stakeholders to enhance transparency and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptive leadership.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a team leading role, ideally with a technical background
- Ability to manage change and work in a dynamic environment
- Expertise in planning and adjusting your strategies and ways of working in accordance with specific contexts
- Leadership skills: manifest an emphatic approach, focus on people development, professional growth, support engagement and promote a sense of community
- Experience in identifying the most suitable solutions in various contexts taking into consideration multiple alternatives, expected results and anticipated risks
- Good knowledge of Agile Project Management methodology
- Spoken and written fluency in English and German
