Contractor UI/Full stack developer

pureIntegration is seeking a UI Full Stack Developer to join an internal team, developing one of our growing service offerings.

In this role, you will integrate UI design, full-stack development, and business intelligence/reporting to create comprehensive solutions. These solutions will connect seamless user experiences, robust application functionality, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Functional Application Development
2. Full-stack implementation: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React (front-end) and Node.js/Python (back-end). Ensure seamless integration between UI components and server-side logic.
3. UI/UX design collaboration/experience: Partner with product/project managers to convert prototypes into responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Prioritize accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
4. API development: Build secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to connect front-end applications with BI reporting tools and databases.
5. Business Intelligence & Reporting Dashboard development experience: Create interactive reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos. Integrate data from SQL/NoSQL databases and APIs to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
6. ETL pipeline management: Design and optimize data workflows using SSIS, Python Pandas, or Apache Airflow to transform raw data into structured formats for analysis.
7. Data modeling experience: Collaborate with engineers to design schemas that support reporting requirements. Ensure efficient query performance via indexing and partitioning.
8. System Integration & Optimization
9. Database experience/proficiency: Architect relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. Implement ORM tools like SQLAlchemy or Sequelize for CRUD operations.
10. DevOps integration: Configure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins to automate testing/deployment of full-stack and BI components.
11. Performance tuning experience: Monitor application responsiveness and optimize BI query execution times through caching strategies (e.g., Redis).

Skills & Experience Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Front-end application development using React/Angular/Vue.js, CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less), and state management libraries (Redux)
• Experience with Python (Django/Flask), Node.js, or Java Spring Boot for API development.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for dashboard creation and DAX/MDX scripting
• Advanced SQL skills for complex joins and window functions, plus NoSQL schema design

Additional Preferred Skills

• AWS/Azure certification with hands-on experience deploying serverless BI solutions
• Familiarity with Apache Spark or Snowflake for large-scale data processing
• Formal training in usability testing or prototyping
