Job Details

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Web Marketing Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences that support our marketing campaigns including promotional websites, landing pages, newsletters, and interactive microsites.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality designs through research, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Develop responsive layouts optimized for all devices.
  • Ensure design consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines.
  • Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
  • Continuously improve usability and design quality based on feedback and performance data.
  • Design marketing assets: banners, hero visuals, icons, and illustrations.
  • Work closely with marketing managers, developers, and SEO specialists to deliver cohesive campaign experiences.
  • Translate creative briefs into intuitive and impactful design concepts.
  • Support developers during implementation and ensure design accuracy in final delivery.
  • Adapt and localize designs for different regions and audiences when needed.
  • Follow accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Contribute to improving design workflows, templates, and review processes.
  • Stay informed about new design tools, technologies, and gaming industry trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in marketing, gaming, or creative industries).
  • Degree or diploma in Web/Multimedia Design, Creative Arts, IT, or related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision).
  • Strong understanding of responsive and cross-platform design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects will be a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and proactive approach.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
