Full-Time UI/UX Designer

• Redesign Saaf’s core product UI/UX with AI-driven workflows in mind, making complex processes simple and intuitive.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to translate business and user requirements into elegant, functional interfaces.
• Develop systematic design frameworks that scale across web and mobile platforms.
• Create clear information hierarchies for data-rich dashboards, forms, and workflow tools.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, especially around AI-human interaction paradigms, and introduce best practices to the team.
• Deliver pixel-perfect design assets, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistency and efficiency.

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record in fintech or adjacent industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications with data-driven UIs (dashboards, complex forms, workflow management tools).
• Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to think systemically and create scalable design frameworks.
• Understanding of how AI agents will impact UX design patterns (a plus if you’ve worked on AI-powered products).
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.
