Who We Are & What We DoWe are a team of designers responsible for the entire visual and user experience across our products and marketing materials. We don’t separate strictly between “UX designers” and “UI designers” — we do both, depending on the project. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of UX principles, but first and foremost, we need someone who is strong in UI design and comfortable working with graphics.
Our work is diverse and fast-paced—one day, you might be designing a new web application, the next day, putting together a client presentation, and the day after, working on social media banners. We highly value flexibility and the ability to switch between tasks, as our projects vary significantly.
What We Do in Practice
- Design interfaces (Figma, Adobe XD) for web, mobile apps, and platforms.
- Improve user experience (conduct UX research, test hypotheses, optimize usability).
- Create graphic materials: banners, illustrations, and marketing visuals.
- Prepare presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint—this is an important part of our work, as we frequently create client and internal pitch decks.
- Work with Illustrator and Photoshop for more complex visual elements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
We’re looking for a versatile designer with strong UI skills and a solid understanding of UX fundamentals. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite and can easily switch between different tasks—one day, working on an interface, the next, creating marketing visuals, and another day, putting together a client presentation.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is essential, as we use these tools for task management and documentation. Most importantly, we need someone who understands that design isn’t just about making things look pretty—it’s about making them work effectively.
