At the Consultant-level, you will also be expected to work with enterprise level senior directors, independently contributing ideas, recommendations, and solutions toward solving business challenges, construct key components of deliverables/presentations, and contribute to the development of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Marketing Collateral. You will serve as a team leader for group and individual work streams and acquire a quick comprehensive understanding of the firm’s expertise, product set, and capabilities. Core interpersonal professional skills and communication are critical. The candidate is one who embraces a professional value for our firm and our client.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to optimize, rich and customized interactive UI/UX, utilizing current UI/UX trends and capabilities.
  • Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for the client.
  • Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand and technology evolution.
  • Deliver advisory services to Enterprise Senior Management and above in support of technology-enabled business changes.
  • Manage and Deliver technology projects including application development, integration, data migration, testing, etc. for IT organizations.
  • Meet with client staff on a daily basis to understand key issues with how they operate today and identify opportunities for improvement in their operations and technology landscape.
  • Leveraging Excelacom’s domestic and international assets and expertise to bring new ideas to clients.
  • Supporting the development of improved capabilities in clients across business processes, people and technology.
  • Developing business cases and implementation roadmaps to support investment decisions.
  • Providing project management and change management support on large- or small-scale transformation projects.
  • Identify and qualify additional business opportunities
  • Prepare solutions and proposals and present to clients
  • Develop easy-to-use applications that enhance user experience and seamlessly integrate with client systems and tools.
  • Conceptualize and develop a cohesive design ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate strong visual and product design skills, showcasing expertise in color, composition, form, and storytelling in every task and project.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform requirements and validate design decisions.
  • Ensure a consistent and unified user experience across all platforms, utilizing industry-standard methodologies, user research, and style guides.
  • Take a leadership role while remaining hands-on, adept at both strategic thinking and practical execution.
  • Solve challenges by distilling complex data into actionable findings and objectives.
  • Create dynamic prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs), and implement scalable user testing processes to mitigate design risks early in the engineering phase.
  • Maintain design systems and asset libraries in collaboration with the broader Brand, Content, and Design team to uphold visual consistency across products.
  • Act as a liaison across multiple teams and disciplines, fostering a collaborative mindset and demonstrating expert communication skills.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in User Experience Design or related field
  • Prior consulting experience –in an agile environment – working with leading enterprise firms, and conducting consulting and technology with those firms
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in Web App UX/UI interactive design, with a focus on customer-centered workflows
  • Expertise in creating Executive Dashboards using Google Looker
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead project working groups and possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills
  • Have a passion for designing apps that are visually appealing, intuitive, and enhance user productivity
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at written correspondence, leading discussions, and delivering functional demos
  • Skilled in solving diverse UX design challenges
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Advanced proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross functional teams on delivery

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Financial Services, e-commerce, and communication industry with enterprise level clients: highly preferred
  • Past success in generating new business with existing clients
  • Possess good time management skills
