Full-Time Underwriting Assistant

Shift: Night Shift

The Underwriting Assistant is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations.

The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems.
• Support Submission Clearance, Policy & Endorsement Issuance, and other operations.
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately.
• Interact with team and customers as required.
• Communicate issues or queries to ensure quick resolution.
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel - Proficiency Required
• Microsoft Office Suite - Proficiency Required

• Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
• Superior knowledge of Excel and Word

Education:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Statistics, or related discipline
