Shift: Night Shift
The Underwriting Assistant is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations.
The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems.
- Support Submission Clearance, Policy & Endorsement Issuance, and other operations.
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately.
- Interact with team and customers as required.
- Communicate issues or queries to ensure quick resolution.
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Excel - Proficiency Required
- Microsoft Office Suite - Proficiency Required

- Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented and quality-minded
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
