Full-Time US Medical Advisor/Manager

US Medical Advisor/Manager will perform a key role in the clinical and commercial development of products.

This role is highly visible and requires proactive communication, building and maintaining KOL relationships, and stakeholder management.

Focuses on developing and executing strategic objectives for Global Medical Affairs, collaborating with KOLs, HCPs, and external stakeholders.

• Evidence generation: Strategic planning and execution, input on trial design, review methodology, study requirements, and endpoint definitions.
• Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategic plans, seeking KOL advice, and collaborating to initiate studies.
• HCP relationships: Establish and cultivate relationships, develop KOL engagement plans, and liaise with MSLs.
• ISR oversight: Support ongoing ISRs in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Team leadership: Demonstrate strong proactivity, leadership, and collaboration.
• Field insights: Generate key insights, identify inferences, and present findings to the medical team and leadership.
• Internal and external training: Support internal training (e.g., Journal Club) and external training (e.g., Fellowship outreach).

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD, MD, PharmD).
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industries, in-house cross-functional work.
• Strong leadership, influence, and motivation skills.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Compensation

Base salary: $200,000 - $226,000 annually.
