Full-Time UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will work in an agile environment implementing ServiceNow solutions. You will create professional-looking forms and interfaces to drive user adoption, ensuring end-to-end product experiences that consider user and product ecosystems, workflow, and design patterns within a science-driven organization. You will also conduct user research, build simple prototypes, and apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to understand and meet user needs. Your work will enable end users to utilize the system effectively and compliantly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with creating, evaluating, and implementing user interfaces.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and learn new concepts quickly.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and current trends.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and create user interfaces for ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the design meets user needs.
• Develop and implement user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Create professional forms and interfaces to spur user adoption.
• Conduct user research and build simple prototypes to gather user feedback.
• Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to design processes.
• Work closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs.
• Evaluate and improve existing user interfaces to enhance usability.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in UI/UX design.

• The salary for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 annually
