Job Details
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will work in an agile environment implementing ServiceNow solutions. You will create professional-looking forms and interfaces to drive user adoption, ensuring end-to-end product experiences that consider user and product ecosystems, workflow, and design patterns within a science-driven organization. You will also conduct user research, build simple prototypes, and apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to understand and meet user needs. Your work will enable end users to utilize the system effectively and compliantly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with creating, evaluating, and implementing user interfaces.
- Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and learn new concepts quickly.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and current trends.
- ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and create user interfaces for ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the design meets user needs.
- Develop and implement user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
- Create professional forms and interfaces to spur user adoption.
- Conduct user research and build simple prototypes to gather user feedback.
- Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to design processes.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs.
- Evaluate and improve existing user interfaces to enhance usability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in UI/UX design.

- The salary for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 annually
