Full-Time Validation Pilot

Validation Pilot Responsibilities:

• Initialize Directories and Requirements: Collection of Docinfo files.
• Send Census Emails: To engineering teams for validation means.
• Project Management Meetings: Establish working groups (GT)/Commissions, prepare agendas, and lead meetings.
• Validation Means Needs: Detail needs with engineering teams (vehicle options).
• PPS/eCOP Requests: Trigger part supplies by requesting means creation.
• Validation Means Planning: Plan validation means based on customer deadlines using Gantt charts.
• PLM Creation: Create validation means in Product Life Cycle Management (PLM).
• Budget Management: Request validation of means financing, follow budgets, and address any issues.
• Change Management: Lead change management meetings (GDM).
• Production Flow Management: Manage welding/painting flows with production workshops.
• Parts Assembly: Follow part assembly with production plants.
• Transport Management: Request transport for validation means and ensure customer receipt.
• KPI Reporting: Disseminate Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a similar role (including internships).
• Strong English and French communication skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
