Role Description:
Join our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division as a graduate. Combine technical expertise with customer service excellence.
- Hands-on experience in advanced water treatment technologies and equipment.
- Develop crucial business relationships with key clients.
- Work independently in the field conducting maintenance and verification.
- Provide technical recommendations to optimize equipment efficiency.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs.
- Supervise contractor activities and coordinate with project teams.
- Conduct surveys at customer sites.
- Develop skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fields.
- Execute system installations, startups, and commissioning.
- Master the coordination of maintenance and troubleshooting visits.
- Develop skills in water treatment technologies and equipment.
- Build effective communication channels with clients.
- Gain experience in Environment, Health, and Safety protocols.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose solutions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Driving licence for Spain
- Technical Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related field, or higher-level vocational training in Industrial Chemistry.
- Knowledge in Electrical, Water Treatment, Mechanical or related fields.
- Hands-on technical expertise with equipment
- Strong interest in learning new fields and developing knowledge in water treatment equipment, troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic engineering aptitude
- Willingness to travel within Andalusia daily and (less frequently) rest of Iberian Peninsula
- Interest in water treatment technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
