Full-Time Vice President, Delivery & Fulfillment

This Vice President of Delivery and Fulfillment will lead, oversee, and manage all aspects of the fulfillment of our suite of Employer Services, being a trusted business partner with a broad range of stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

1. Lead and manage the Delivery and Fulfillment team to achieve goals.
2. Assess client needs and ensure the correct service team is put in place for each client.
3. Drive continuous improvements of fulfillment and delivery processes.
4. Collaborate with Product, IT, HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
5. Communicate effectively for high-quality client service.
6. Utilize strong interpersonal and planning skills for productivity and performance.
7. Lead change and anticipate team impacts, facilitating scoping and setting expectations.

What your background looks like:

• 10+ years leading an Operations function.
• Knowledge of Employer Services offerings (preferred).
• Experience creating and implementing productivity improvements.
• Strong influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
