Full-Time Vice President of Program Management

• Bring operational rigor to Colibri's technology organization.
• Establish enterprise-wide program visibility.
• Ensure the delivery of key technology solutions—on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.

1. Strategic Program Leadership
   • Lead enterprise-wide programs with structured execution, milestone accountability, and business alignment—including ERP (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), and PNT-related initiatives.
   • Ensure program outcomes directly support business priorities and compliance expectations.
2. PMO Scale-Up & Operational Rigor
   • Assess the current state of program management at Colibri and implement a plan to scale the PMO across each tech ecosystem.
   • Establish standard operating procedures and delivery rhythms (e.g., Kanban vs. Agile) that drive throughput, consistency, and alignment.
   • Cultivate a metrics-driven delivery culture that emphasizes predictability, traceability, and credibility.
3. Visibility & Governance
   • Create systems and frameworks that provide visibility into what teams are working on and how work ties back to strategic priorities.
   • Implement executive dashboards, scorecards, and program-level reporting to surface risk, track progress, and support decision-making.
4. Regulatory-Grade Program Execution & PNT Sponsorship
   • Champion system delivery practices that meet the needs of highly regulated industries, including real estate, healthcare, and financial services.
   • Serve as a sponsor and internal advocate for Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)-aligned capabilities—focusing on timing precision, auditability, and transactional integrity across Colibri's platforms.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
   • Operate as a trusted partner across Product, Engineering, IT, Security, and Business Operations.
   • Align execution across teams, clarify accountability, and create a culture of business and technical partnership.
6. Team Leadership
   • Lead and mentor a team of 10+ program and project managers.
   • Foster a high-performing delivery organization with strong internal credibility and a focus on outcomes, execution quality, and career growth.

• Program Strategy Leader: Experienced in building and scaling PMOs and delivering complex programs across technology, operations, and regulated business domains.
• Metrics-Driven Operator: Comfortable leading with visibility, governance, and data. Instills a culture of delivery that's measurable and trusted.
