We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead business development, securing new clients for our sales and growth solutions.
This fully remote, 1099 commission-only role reports to COO, acting as a fractional VP of Sales for clients. The role is ideal for high-performing, growth-minded sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, selling recruitment packages.
- Client Sales Leadership: Provide fractional VP of Sales services for clients, implementing tailored sales strategies.
- Channel Partnerships: Build strategic alliances with trade associations and other networks to expand the client base.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach client sales teams to enhance performance.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet client objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key metrics and demonstrate ROI for clients.
- Client Engagement: Present to potential clients about our solutions.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in sales, focused on high-ticket, commission-based sales, in leadership roles. Proven success in sales management, recruitment, or business consulting.
Sales Leadership: Lead by example, coach and motivate team members.
Results-Driven: Achieve sales targets via strategic prospecting and closing.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Manage a remote role effectively.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Persuasive written and verbal communication; comfortable with presentations.
Consultative Selling Expertise: Experience in consultative sales, especially with business owners.
Adaptability: Ability to work remotely with professionalism and self-discipline.
Compensation & Benefits: Earnings Potential: $125K–$175K first year, with potential of $250K+, based on performance. Weekly Earnings: Includes personal production earnings and override commissions. Growth Opportunities: Top performers may qualify for lifetime residual income and career advancement.
