About The Position Reports To: Chief Information Officer
The KIPP Foundation is seeking a Vice President of Technology who will provide strategic leadership on the organization’s technology infrastructure and how we support the KIPP network of 28 regions.
Responsibilities
- Vision Setting and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic technology plan that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
- Technology Management and Application Development: Oversee the management of the organization's technology infrastructure. Oversee the architecture, design, and development of complex solutions.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead a technology team of 10-15 employees.
- Process and Project Management: Coordinate implementation of cohesive technology projects. Create systems for work documentation, codification, and scaling.

Experience and Qualifications

Work Conditions
15% travel is expected.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $190,000-$227,000.
