Full-Time Video Editor

OSSA.AI is revolutionizing the transformation of written scripts into engaging video content. We are seeking a video editor with a strong background in working with large content creators and a successful track record. This role involves editing long-form content on a weekly basis for our CEO's YouTube channel (800k+ subscribers) and the OSSA.AI YouTube channel. All content will be produced and filmed by the CEO, who has over 7 million followers and 4 billion views. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating thumbnails for all long-form videos.

Responsibilities:

- Edit long-form videos weekly for the CEO’s YouTube channel and the company’s YouTube channel.

- Design thumbnails for YouTube and conduct split testing to optimize performance.

- Collaborate directly with the CEO on video editing styles and branding strategies.

- Create ad creatives and marketing materials.

- Work alongside other editors and the social media manager to manage and post content.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of working with creators to achieve videos with 10k-100k+ views on long-form content on YouTube.

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere or Filmora.

- Experienced in creating engaging YouTube thumbnails to increase CTR.

- Familar with all trending editing styles across YouTube (Iman Gadzhi, Alex Hormozi, Ali Abdaal, etc.)

- Skilled in motion graphics software like After Effects or Motion.

- Competent in color grading and sound engineering.

- Proven success working with large social media content creators on YouTube.

- Experience in working with large content creations on script/video ideation

- Experience working with Frame.io and Airtable is a plus

- Knowledge of YouTube SEO is a plus.
