Your Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end video creation process.
- Create short-form content using Descript and CapCut.
- Translate ideas into compelling narratives.
- Edit footage for clarity and emotional impact.
- Ensure brand consistency.

- Has 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Is fluent in Descript and CapCut.
- Understands content performance across platforms.
