Job Details
Communicate closely with VIP-clients via various channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, calls, chats, and email.
Analyze customer complaints, suggestions, actions, and seek ways to enhance customer experience.
Analyze customer accounts and create individual activation plans.
Perform daily analysis of client activity and reactivation.
Handle significant deposits/withdrawals for VIP and pre-VIP clients.
Increase deposits/turnovers for VIP clients.
Address unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals.
Work on group and individual performance indicators.
Ability to work at night shift.
Experience in customer service/sales for at least 1 year.
English proficiency at least intermediate level.
PC skills (Word, Excel, and other programs).
Knowledge of successful client cooperation: patient and active listening.
Possess sociability, independence, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
