- Communicate closely with VIP-clients through various channels: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming calls, online chats, and e-mail.
- Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, search for opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer.
- Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation.
- Work with significant deposits/withdrawals of VIP and pre-VIP clients.
- Work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients.
- Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals.
- Work on group and individual performance indicators.
