Job Details
- Communicate closely with VIP-clients through various channels.
- Analyze customer complaints and suggestions.
- Analyze customer account and create an activation plan.
- Perform daily analysis of client activity.
- Work with significant deposits/withdrawals of VIP clients.
- Increase the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients.
- Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals.
- Work on group and individual performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Ability to work at night shift.
- Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year.
- English at least Intermediate.
- Azerbaijani - fluent.
- PC skills.
- Knowledge of successful client cooperation.
- Sociability, independence, attention to detail.
