- Implement new chains and optimize the current ones
- Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, operations team
- Carry out ad-hoc project tasks according to business needs
- Prepare work results reports
- Create a communication strategy and execute casino promotions/campaigns
- Basic user segmentation
- Grow CRM and Retention metrics
- Monitor and control retention, reactivation, communication conversion metrics, MAU, and LTV
- Operate processes aimed at increasing the metrics of one's stream (Sports or Casino)
- Design communication flows using various communication channels
- 1–2+ years in CRM management within the iGaming industry
- Experience in building communication flows
- Proactive & Initiative

- Adaptable to market changes
- Market Analyst skills
- English: B2+
- Experience in the Asia region (Nice to have)
