Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Angelia Malbrew Photography. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating client communications, handling inquiries, and assisting with photo shoot preparations.
Qualifications
- Administrative support and calendar management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Experience in the photography or creative industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is beneficial
