Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Angelia Malbrew Photography. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating client communications, handling inquiries, and assisting with photo shoot preparations.

Qualifications

• Administrative support and calendar management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Experience in the photography or creative industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is beneficial
