Full-Time Virtual Assistant (remote-work)

We are seeking passionate individuals to work remotely as a Call Center Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, up-selling products and services.
• Ensure first call resolution.
• Research systems to find missing information.
• Document and process customer claims.
• Lead fact-finding discussions.
• Answer customer questions following scripts and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Type 25 wpm.
• General technology knowledge.

Requirements:

• Laptop Specs: Windows (8GB RAM, Core i5), iOS (8GB memory, Catalina/Big Sur/M1).
• USB wired headset.
• Wired LTE internet connection.
• Fluent English (Spanish a plus).

2-week notice required if leaving the company.
