Full-Time VP Engineering - SaaS

As the VP of SaaS Engineering, you play a crucial role in leading and managing the SaaS Xplor Gym engineering department.

Your responsibilities involve overseeing multiple teams and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can balance execution with innovation driving delivery excellence, scaling teams, and aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.

The VP of Engineering will be responsible for shaping the engineering culture, maturing our SDLC practices, and ensuring our products are scalable, secure, and delight customers.

• Global team experience leading geographically distributed engineering organisations.
• Change agent mindset focused on simplifying processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Expert-level understanding of AWS/cloud-native infrastructure and microservices
• Mastery of SaaS/IaaS/PaaS platforms, container orchestration, and service mesh architectures.
• Strong grasp of API design, architectural governance, and managing technical debt
• Experience with operational concerns including resiliency, observability, and security
