The VP Go-to-Market & Tech Perf supports regions and brands in delivering best-in-class technology services to Accor properties. This involves driving strategic technology deployments, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and streamlining processes between central and regional departments.
This role facilitates collaboration between central product departments, regional tech teams, and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Performance, Governance & PMO: Monitor and drive business performance, improve processes, and define/maintain the department scorecard (KPI, OKR). Manage invoicing, central visibility of subscribed services, and P&L in coordination with Finance.
- Go-to-Market Activation: Ensure successful product/service deployments, prioritizing based on capacity and value, and providing necessary materials for field teams.
- Demand Management, Prioritization, & Central Roadmap: Manage demand, prioritize projects, and build a central roadmap.
- Vendor & Sourcing: Support regions and brands in vendor performance management (scorecards, long-tail provider visibility).
- Hospitality Tech Internal Communication: Support cascading of strategy and team engagement through effective communication.
- Compliance: Assist hotels with PCI DSS compliance and collecting compliance certificates.
