Full-Time VP Medical Communications

Provide strategic guidance in developing, delivering, and leading tactical integrated marketing plans and complex projects for clients.

As a day-to-day relationship lead, address concerns and identify incremental opportunities.

Engage appropriate Eversana experts in medical communications and other specializations to counsel clients on effective strategy based on research and best practices.

Own the book of business and business growth efforts, organizing, growing, and developing the team internally.

Ensure the health of the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver medical communications services in Europe.
• Participate in vision setting and execution.
• Collaborate with Eversana-Intouch Healthware, US colleagues, and internal teams.
• Represent MedComms offerings to BD leadership.
• Provide clients with research, analytics, and strategic insights.
• Oversee financial impact and brand target goals.
• Provide strategic leadership for yearly brand planning.
• Oversee campaign development from start-up to project plans.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and partners to develop integrated solutions.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of compliant medical communications in Europe.
• Strong experience in medical communications supporting medical affairs or medical education clients.
• Experience in directing content development, HCP advocacy, and peer-to-peer programming.
• Strategic planning, brand planning, product life cycle management, and digital project development experience.
• Native/fluent English; additional languages welcome.
• Accountability for financial tracking and client budget management.
• Collaboration and management at all levels internally and externally.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Creating strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Problem-solving and proactive guidance.
