Roles and Responsibilities:

- Establish architectural patterns and set vision for customers.
- Oversee quality, mentor engineers, and drive innovation.
- Choose correct technologies and onboard team members.
- Improve developer experience and operate in a DevSecOps mindset.
Qualifications:
- Deep experience in software development programs.
- Understanding of architectural patterns.
- Familiarity with major cloud providers and technologies.
- Experience delivering native and custom front-end applications at scale.
- Comfort with AI in software development.
