Role: Engineering Delivery Lead. Driving delivery excellence, helping teams ship faster and smarter. Collaborates with teams, focuses on operational excellence, and optimizes processes.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Excellence: Partners with tech leads, PMs, engineers to ensure focus on delivery objectives; participates in technical discussions; challenges estimates; helps break down work.
- Process & Flow Optimization: Owns project management setup; identifies bottlenecks and implements solutions; thrives in agile environments.
- Technical Leadership Support: Mentors tech leads on delivery management; coaches engineers on best practices; defines clear career paths.
- Crew Coordination: Facilitates knowledge sharing; coordinates cross-crew dependencies; ensures learnings benefit others.
- Engineering Culture: Guardians of the engineering culture, ensuring delivery improvements respect transparency and collaboration.
- Strategic Operations: Manages staffing, resource allocation, and engineering operations; aligns engineering capacity with business objectives.
Requirements:
