Web Operations Manager
Job Description
Work with a team of web developers, content specialists, and designers, helping set strategy to achieve company objectives via the website.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the insightsoftware website represents the marketing goals of the company.
Execute the seamless integration of novel web designs across multiple pages.
Collaborate on web requests from internal team members.
Facilitate the smooth migration of acquired company websites and associated assets into the insightsoftware platform.
Conduct meticulous audits of new design requests to evaluate web feasibility and optimize page load speed.
Spearhead the identification and application of UX/UI best practices in the implementation of new web changes.
Qualifications
6-8 years of web development experience in a WordPress environment.
Experience migrating websites and combining various web assets into a single website.
Experience managing a web content library and optimizing it for marketing performance.
Extensive experience working in a marketing team and developing web assets, designs, and resources for marketing purposes.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, etc., as well as CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
