Full-Time Web3 Engineering Manager & Tech Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Web3 Engineering Manager & Tech Lead to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of decentralized applications and blockchain infrastructure. This hybrid role requires technical leadership and people management skills, ideally suited to someone passionate about the evolving Web3 space.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
2. Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns.
3. Assist with outbound/inbound marketing activities (content, advertising, events).
4. Liaise with external vendors for promotional events and campaigns.
5. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
6. Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audiences via appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.).
7. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to inform future strategies.
8. Undertake individual marketing plan tasks.
9. Design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
10. Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities.
11. Track progress with Marketing Managers/Specialists.
12. Identify and analyze competitors.
13. Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.
14. Collaborate with design to create promotional materials.
15. Organize promotional activities for new products/services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in leadership/management.
• Deep expertise in blockchain technologies, including smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper), Ethereum (or EVM-compatible chains), and DeFi protocols.
• Proficiency with development tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle), and off-chain integrations (oracles, APIs).
• Strong programming skills (TypeScript, Rust, or Go).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (technical and non-technical audiences).
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and deliver robust solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Nice to Have: Contributions to open-source blockchain projects; Experience leading remote/globally distributed engineering teams; Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs, cross-chain interoperability, or wallet infrastructure.
