Job Details
Mercor is seeking experienced wholesale sales managers to support a leading AI lab. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in wholesale sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world sales management work in wholesale trade.
- Create realistic situations involving team leadership, sales strategy development, client relationship management, and territory planning.
- Develop scenarios for setting sales targets, coaching sales representatives, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to wholesale sales management queries.
- Provide detailed feedback on sales leadership scenarios to improve AI training.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years professional experience as a sales manager in wholesale trade.
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
- Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz
Requirements:
- Fully remote and asynchronous.
- Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.
- Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks.
Compensation & Contract Terms:
- Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
- Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
