Job Title: Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant
Location: Remote
Contract Scope of Work: To support the successful configuration and implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation through the full lifecycle of our upcoming merit and bonus cycle, concluding with a mock run.
Scope of Services
- Strategic Design Support
- Provide expert guidance on configuration design decisions
- Present and evaluate options, trade-offs, and implications
- Recommend best practices based on past implementation experience
- Technical Translation
- Convert our business requirements and compensation processes into scalable Workday configuration
- Ensure alignment between business goals and system design
- Implementation Support
- Assist in configuring Workday Advanced Compensation modules
- Support system testing and validation
- Identify and resolve configuration issues
- Change Management & Training
- Prepare updated job aids aligned with new processes
- Support the development of role-based training materials for end users
Consultant Requirements
- Certified in Workday Advanced Compensation
- Proven experience with Advanced Compensation configuration and end-to-end cycle execution
- Background in similar-scale implementations, providing strategic and technical insight
