Full-Time Workforce Management Schedulers

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, one-to-one sessions, and events for advisors.
• Shift Management: Oversee shift schedules in the WFM portal, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to operational requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and advisors to understand scheduling needs and preferences, balancing them with organizational priorities.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of schedules, shifts, and meeting arrangements in the WFM system.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to advisors and team leaders regarding scheduling changes or updates.
• Efficiency Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in WFM software and scheduling tools.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to think critically and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong time management skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good to Have:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
