WorkPlace Senior Project Manager

This role manages large, complex projects supporting the BMS WorkPlace Program. Responsibilities include:

• Managing mass staff relocations, building renovations, and site closures.
• Developing and executing project schedules for design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Overseeing change management, communications, and occupancy planning.
• Collaborating with construction, engineering, facilities, IT, network, facilities, print services, change management, and communications teams.
• Leading integrated project team meetings and developing status reports.
• Ensuring deliverables and timelines are met, and proactively managing key issues/risks.
• Following PMO standards and developing/executing governance plans.
• Building strong working relationships with team members.
• Delivering cost-effective and high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years leading complex infrastructure or workplace renovation projects
• 5+ years proficiency with Microsoft Project
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements:

• Ability to conceptualize and execute projects from start to finish.
• Creating and motivating cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.
• Managing multiple, simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrating strong project management skills
• Dealing with unstructured and complex projects.
• Effective communication and managing aggressive timelines.
