Full-Time Zabbix Expert

Mission: You will manage monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Canopsis, Grafana), drive product evolution, and maintain standard templates used across multiple countries.

You'll join the Global Tooling team, participating in projects related to our solutions. Work with contract governance, delivery, and daily team members to improve standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or execute Zabbix implementation.
• Create and maintain standard Zabbix templates.
• Develop new Zabbix templates based on business needs.
• Maintain Zabbix Server and proxies.
• Learn and maintain Canopsis Hypervision, contributing to its evolution.
• Set up and maintain Grafana dashboards.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Automate solutions using Ansible.
• Keep up-to-date with tech trends.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve problems and optimize processes.
• Ensure security tools function according to standards.
• Provide level 3 technical support (analyzing and resolving complex incidents).
• Track tool updates and evolutions.
• Develop or maintain Ansible Playbooks for service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Zabbix Certified Specialist certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with Zabbix.
• Knowledge of Grafana.
• Experience with middleware solutions or infrastructure services.
• Proficient with Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes.
• Ansible playbook development experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team player, collaborative, and good communicator.
• Keen to learn new solutions.
• Fluent English, French is a plus.
• On-call duty required.
